One your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your MForder is on the way. Your email will include a link to your order so that you can track it.
- Do you offer local pickup?
Presently, we do not offer local pickup.
- My item arrived damaged. Can I return it?
To start a return, please complete our online return authorization form by clicking here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- What if my order has not been delivered?
Once a package scans as delivered, our transaction is complete.
If you do not see your package, use one of the options below.
- Check with other household members to see if they retrieved the package for you.
- Search around the outside of your house to see if the package is in an unusual place.
- Ask neighbors whether they have received any packages on behalf of someone else.
- Contact the shipping company to request more details about the delivery.
- File a police report if you suspect it's stolen. If you or your close neighbors have cameras, use the footage as evidence.

TIPS FOR RECEIVING MFPACKAGES
1. Make a USPS account. Having an account makes it easier to get help if you ever have trouble receiving packages.
USPS Informed Delivery - This is a notification feature that allows you to manage your incoming packages and visually see letter mail. This service includes Delivery Instructions that allows you to request your package be placed in a particular spot, delivered to a neighbor, held at your local post office, redirected to a different domestic address, and more. Some features are free while some have a fee. (Informed Delivery FAQ)
USPS Hold Mail - This tool is for when you will be away from home for an extending amount of time such as a vacation. Your local post office can hold ALL your mail for you for up to 30 days. This is not for one piece of mail. (Hold Mail FAQ)
USPS Package Intercept - This tool allows you to request your post office to hold your mail for you, or have it returned to the sender. This is important if you realize that you've put the wrong address or if you rather pick it up than have it delivered. You have to request this BEFORE it is out for delivery. USPS charges a fee for this and it is not a guarantee they will be able to intercept it in time. Please read the fine print. (Intercept FAQ)
2. Always pay attention to your tracking. It is important to keep track of your package to ensure it is on schedule.
3. Ask a neighbor to secure your package for you if you can't be there when it arrives. Unfortunately, packages being stolen are a thing and if you don't feel comfortable with your package being exposed in front of your door, recruiting your neighbor will be a lifesaver.
